1. Introduction

• Listing means any advertisement, product, service, property, vehicle or other content published by a User.
• Content means any text, image, video, message, data or other material shared on the Platform.
• Paid Services means listing promotions, premium placements or other paid features.

3. Scope of Services

Egasidan provides an online classifieds platform where Users may:

• browse listings
• create and manage listings
• communicate with other Users
• save favourites and searches
• use other Platform features

Egasidan is not the owner, seller, buyer, broker, agent or representative of any item listed on the Platform. All transactions, agreements and communications between Users are carried out solely at their own responsibility.

Egasidan does not provide payment or delivery services. Any payment and delivery arrangements are made directly between Users outside the Platform, and Egasidan bears no responsibility for such arrangements.

4. User Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if:

• you are at least 18 years old
• you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• you are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law

If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are duly authorised to do so.

5. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information
• keep your login credentials secure
• not share your account with third parties
• notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• not follow suspicious links sent by third parties
• verify ownership and existence of items before making any payment

Egasidan may request additional verification (SMS, email, etc.) for security and compliance purposes. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

Users are fully responsible for the content they publish. By posting content, you confirm that:

• the information is accurate and not misleading
• you have the legal right to publish it
• it does not violate third-party rights
• you own or have permission to use all materials

Egasidan does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content.

7. Listing Rules

Users must:

• choose the correct category
• not post duplicate listings
• not provide misleading information
• remove outdated or invalid listings
• not include unauthorised advertising or links

Egasidan may edit, move or remove listings that violate these rules.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
• violate intellectual property or other rights
• publish harmful, abusive or prohibited content
• sell counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods
• distribute malware or harmful code
• attempt to hack or manipulate the Platform

Egasidan may suspend or terminate accounts in such cases.

9. Transactions Between Users

Egasidan provides only the technical platform. Egasidan is not responsible for:

• quality of goods or services
• accuracy of listings
• payment or delivery processes
• fraud, disputes or damages

Users must perform their own due diligence before any transaction.

10. User Communication

Communications between Users are their own responsibility. Egasidan may review communications for:

• security purposes
• fraud prevention
• handling complaints
• legal compliance

11. Complaints and Reporting

Users may report inappropriate or illegal content. Egasidan reviews reports but does not guarantee action in every case.

12. Payments and Paid Services

Some services may be paid.

• prices are displayed on the Platform
• payments may be processed via third-party providers
• service results are not guaranteed

13. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform may be unavailable due to technical or external factors.

All rights to the Platform belong to Egasidan. Unauthorised use is prohibited. By uploading content, you grant Egasidan a non-exclusive licence to use it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts of Uzbekistan.
